To ensure complete protection in the event of a rupture or emergency spill, we use a portable "spill containment berm" which enables the transformer oil that our transportation service vehicles carry to be contained. Our MODEF 60 type I mineral insulating transformer oil is a recycled, napthenic based transformer oil that meets existing ASTM quality standards. Similarly, our MODEF 60 type II "supercharged" inhibited mineral insulating transformer oil can be added to existing transformer oil to halt the oxidation process that naturally occurs within transformers over time. Both variations of our MODEF 60 mineral insulating transformer oil are available in available in totes, drums or pails.
